Mridhul Jose Pax is a skilled Cloud DevOps Architect with over 14 years of experience in the field. He has worked on various cloud projects focused on microservices using tools like Kubernetes, AWS, and Docker. Mridhul is passionate about software and interested in open source, high quality tools that have a focus on simplicity and usability. He is a Cloud Agnostic expert with strong working knowledge of Python and Bash/Shell Scripting. He has expertise in Docker, Docker Swarm, AWS ECS, and Kubernetes. Mridhul has hands-on experience in building ethereum blockchain infrastructures and is an RPA Citizen developer with a good understanding of deploying and managing bots in UIPATH. Currently, Mridhul is working as a Staff Software Engineer at Intuit and is responsible for the availability, scalability, security, and performance of Intuit's Billing Ecosystem. He manages cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) with IaC (Cloudformation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS). Mridhul deploys and maintains products, services, and network components with a focus on security, reliability, and zero downtime. He also assesses and recommends various software architectures and build frameworks, optimizing across cost, performance, resiliency/fault tolerance, load balancing, and data consistency. Mridhul has previously worked as a Lead DevOps Engineer at VMware and a DevOps Engineer at Cisco. At both companies, he worked on engineering solutions to efficiently manage infrastructure and operational processes. He developed and automated code deployment on infrastructure fleet in a standard/consistent manner. He also worked on CI/CD pipelines for platform and application development with Jenkins and provided administration support for Cassandra DB, Redis, and Kafka. Mridhul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Oxford Engineering College. He is a Mirantis Certified Administrator for Openstack and has a strong knowledge of IT security, encryption, firewalls, secure systems design, vulnerability management, secure software design, credential management, proxies, WAFs, etc.
